JSS was founded in London in 2016 with a clear idea: recruitment should be better — more personal, more considered, and genuinely supportive of the people it serves.

What began as a small team with a big belief has grown into a group working across the UK, Europe, and the US. Our growth has been guided by the same values that shaped our first placements: expertise, honesty, and partnership.
