JSS supported an insurer to restart and successfully deliver a critical Guidewire platform upgrade as part of a wider Target Operating Model transformation.

The Challenge

An insurance client required a Programme Director with specialist Guidewire experience to lead a critical platform upgrade as part of a wider Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation. The programme had stalled and required immediate leadership intervention.

The Solution

JSS engaged with senior IT and business stakeholders to realign objectives and expectations. We appointed a Programme Director with deep Guidewire expertise and built a supporting team of over 20 experienced project consultants across delivery and change disciplines.

The Impact

The programme was brought back on track and successfully delivered, enabling the client to modernise end-to-end insurance processes and support future growth.
