A client managing a broad transformation portfolio required additional programme resources across multiple initiatives, including Underwriting Workbench and IFRS 17.
The Solution
JSS worked closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps. We placed a Programme Manager, Business Analyst and QA resource into the Underwriting programme, alongside a Programme Director and four contractors for IFRS 17 delivery.
The Impact
Both programmes were delivered successfully, strengthening delivery capability and reducing delivery risk across the wider transformation portfolio.
