Following its transition into an independent business, the organisation needed to appoint a VP Sales to lead its go-to-market strategy across EMEA.
The role required a rare combination of experience: operating successfully within scale-up environments, building and executing GTM strategy, managing senior stakeholders, and communicating effectively with investors on pipeline and commercial performance. Given the strategic importance of the hire, quality and fit were critical, alongside pace.
The Solution

The search was conducted across EMEA, with a particular focus on regions aligned to the client’s operating footprint. Our dedicated research team mapped the market, engaging senior sales leaders with proven experience in cybersecurity and high-growth technology environments.
All candidates were assessed through structured screening conversations, followed by a tightly controlled interview process aligned to agreed technical and cultural criteria. This ensured the client only met candidates who were genuinely aligned to the brief.
The Impact
A shortlist of three high-calibre candidates was presented, all progressing to first-stage interviews. The successful candidate was identified and offered within three weeks.
