All candidates were assessed through structured screening conversations, followed by a tightly controlled interview process. Under NDA, a shortlist was presented, with interview questions jointly defined to ensure consistent assessment of both technical capability and cultural alignment.

The Impact

A shortlist of four candidates was presented, all of whom progressed to first-stage interviews and then through to second stage. The successful candidate was appointed within four weeks, giving the client confidence and momentum at a critical stage of growth.
