Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by JSS Search Limited during the financial year ended 2025 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.
Our Organisation
JSS Search Limited is a UK-based recruitment agency providing permanent and temporary recruitment services across professional sectors. We operate primarily within the United Kingdom and supply services to corporate and public sector clients.
Our Commitment
JSS Search Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and worker exploitation. We are committed to acting ethically, transparently and with integrity in all business relationships.
We expect the same high standards from our suppliers, partners and intermediaries.
Risk Assessment
While our core business operates within professional recruitment markets, we recognise that risks may arise within:
- Temporary labour supply chains
- Umbrella and payroll providers
- Third-party suppliers and service providers
We assess risk on an ongoing basis and take proportionate action where appropriate.
Due Diligence and Controls
To mitigate risk, JSS Search Limited:
- Conducts right-to-work and identity verification checks on all candidates
- Works with compliant umbrella and payroll providers
- Incorporates compliance and ethical standards into supplier agreements
- Maintains whistleblowing channels for confidential reporting
- Monitors regulatory developments affecting labour supply and worker protection
- Where concerns are identified, we will investigate promptly and take appropriate action.
