Aaron began his career in investment banking before moving into financial services recruitment in 2011. With a strong focus on Financial Services and Private Capital, he went on to lead the Financial Services division of a listed recruitment firm across the UK and Ireland, a role he held until 2022.
Recognised for building and leading high-performing specialist teams, Aaron has deep expertise across both permanent and interim hiring. His experience spans senior finance and operational leadership roles, supporting private equity-backed and high-growth businesses through periods of growth, change, and increased complexity.
Aaron joined JSS in August 2022 and was promoted to Executive Director in 2025. In addition to his continued involvement in senior client relationships, he plays a key role in the leadership of the firm as a member of the senior leadership team and board. His remit extends beyond individual practice areas, with responsibility for helping shape the strategic direction, culture, and long-term growth of JSS as a group.
He works closely with clients, colleagues, and fellow board members to ensure JSS remains focused on quality, specialism, and long-term partnerships, supporting both clients and candidates at critical moments in their journeys.
