Graeme specialises in recruiting permanent senior finance professionals within the Tech and Telco markets in London. He works closely with CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior leadership teams to connect them with the talent needed to drive long-term business success.
Before joining JSS, Graeme spent seven years at Robert Walters (FTSE-listed), where he focused first on interim mid–senior hires in Tech and Telco, helping to grow the London business, before moving into the Technology division to lead on Finance Transformation mandates across Commerce and Industry clients.
This experience gave him a strong understanding of finance recruitment and business needs, combined with a people-first approach that continues to shape his work today.
