Jim leads our highly successful Transform business in partnership with James Fargus. He started his recruitment career in 2007 with Investigo, helping build out their successful IT & Business Change specialism and progressing to the role of Director in 2018.
Jim has a passion for leading specialist recruitment teams to partner with organisations through their Change and Transformation initiatives.
