Matthew began his career in Recruitment working for a listed FTSE 250 Agency, where he focused on interim finance and treasury roles within Banking and Financial Services. Having received two promotions in 12 months and after gaining exposure to multiple industries, he decided to take on a new challenge.
Matthew joined JSS Search in November 2022 as a Senior Consultant, focussing on permanent Treasury and Risk hires within the Financial Services practice.
Typical clients include Challenger Banks, FinTechs, Brokerage Firms, Investment Management, Insurance and Real Estate.
