As Director, he leads our ERP and HRIS practice, building and advising high-performing transformation teams across finance and HR systems. His expertise spans complex business systems environments, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Richard works closely with private-equity-backed businesses and their portfolio companies, supporting large-scale divestments, carve-outs, M&A, and operational transformations. He is experienced in delivering talent solutions across the full lifecycle of change programmes, from greenfield implementations through to complex integrations and turnaround initiatives.
