Scott has worked in the recruitment and executive search industry since 2001. Before joining JSS, he co-founded Investigo in 2003 and, alongside Simon Smith, and he led the MBO in 2013, which was backed by Investec Bank.
He eventually exited under the sale to Career International in 2017. Under his leadership, Investigo grew its revenues to over £100m, winning numerous industry awards and gaining a reputation as one of the industry’s success stories. Since joining JSS, client mandates have increased by over 100%.
